These terms govern your use of this website and the services provided by Top Notch Exterior Cleaning LLC, doing business as Top Notch Exterior Lighting ("we," "us," "our"). By requesting a quote or booking an installation, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website, to request a quote, to book services, or to consent to receive text messages from us. By using this site or providing your mobile number, you represent that you are 18 or older and that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number you provide. We do not knowingly collect information from, contract with, or send messages to anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it.
Our Services
We design, supply, install, maintain, remove, and store holiday and Christmas lighting for residential and commercial properties in Mobile and Baldwin County, Alabama, and surrounding areas. Every installation is custom to the property.
Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are based on the measurements and scope of your specific property and are valid for the season in which they are issued. Pricing may change if the scope of work changes after the quote is issued, or if conditions at the property differ materially from what was represented. Any change in price will be communicated and agreed to before additional work is performed.
Deposits and Payment
A supply deposit is required to reserve your installation date and to allow us to purchase and cut materials for your property. Materials are ordered specifically for your home, so the supply deposit is non-refundable once materials have been ordered or cut. The remaining balance is due as stated on your invoice. Installation dates are not reserved until the deposit is received.
Scheduling and Weather
We install by geographic route rather than by order of booking, and dates may shift due to weather, safety conditions, or circumstances outside our control. We will communicate any change to your scheduled date as early as we can. We do not install in conditions our crew judges unsafe.
Access and Property Condition
You agree to provide safe access to the property, including gates, outlets, and roof access points, on the scheduled date. You are responsible for disclosing known hazards, including damaged roofing, unstable gutters, faulty wiring, and pets on the property. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for damage arising from conditions that were not disclosed to us.
All-Season Service
During your display season we will return at no additional charge to repair bulbs or strands that fail under normal conditions. This does not cover damage caused by third parties, deliberate interference, or events outside normal weather.
Takedown and Storage
Unless otherwise agreed, we remove your display after the season and store the materials in our warehouse for reinstallation the following year. Stored materials remain designated for your property. We are not responsible for loss or degradation of materials beyond reasonable care.
SMS and Messaging Terms
If you provide your mobile number and agree to the consent language shown on our quote request form, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Top Notch Exterior Lighting about your request, your quote, and your installation.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with any third party for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Cancellation
You may cancel a scheduled installation before materials are ordered or cut for your property, and any deposit will be refunded. Once materials have been ordered or cut, the supply deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation after installation has begun is billed for work completed and materials used.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Alabama law, our total liability arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Mobile County, Alabama.
